Our Guarantee

We guarantee that the product you ordered is the product you will receive. As part of our ordering process you will receive a draft of how your image will look when finished via email for your approval. If any of the art work is different than what was approved then we will send a new item with the corrections at no charge to you.

Also, if you receive your product and it was damaged during shipping we will replace it for free. You have up to 3 days after the product is delivered in order to file for a replacement via email. Then, you will receive instructions to complete the replacement process.

We understand that receiving your product could be time sensitive. We will always do our best to deliver your product on time. If for any reason within our control your product arrives late we will gladly recognize a 20% discount. For other reasons outside of our control we can not recognize any discount, such as post office strikes, customs delays, natural disasters, tax payment delays, shipping damage, product replacement, etc.

We want our customers to be completely satisfied at all times with their product. If there are any issues with your order please let us know at customercare@bestgiftoftheparty.com and our Customer Care Department will work quickly to resolve it.
